SVN Access

If you are using these libraries with `svn:externals` or with the Curse
packager, you must use the following URL instead of any GitHub URL,
since Git (including GitHub's SVN bridge) does not support checking out
only part of a repository:
 
svn://svn.wowinterface.com/PhanxConfigWidgets-486/trunk/<lib name>
 
If you use a GitHub repository URL, you can only embed **all** of the
libraries, rather than just the ones you are actually using.
