    * change display of configuration; use tabbed groups
    * cast warnings hide properly when a cast is interrupted
    * cast warnings minor performance improvements
    * cast warnings allow disable/enable without ui reload
    * fix modules always loading enabled regardless of configuration
    * bump TOC to 50200

    * move config change handlers out of layout.lua
    * modules call InitModuleOptions manually
